Bulk Orders

Please contact Powers Plus Systems, LLC for more information about bulk orders (more than four EMMA Systems shipping to a single address). The ordering and payment process is different for these situations. Note that a customized version of the EMMA System is available to hospitals, clinics and nursing offices. For Individuals and Caregivers

To place an individual order for an EMMA System, simply click on the BUY NOW button below and you will be directed to our secure PayPal check-out counter.

Payment Methods for Individual Orders

All individual orders are processed securely through PayPal; therefore, we accept any credit cards that PayPal currently supports. We do not accept personal checks or cash. By clicking on the BUY NOW button below, you will link directly to the PayPal order entry page. You must provide specific payment and shipping information so that we can properly fulfill your order. Note that there are two data fields on this page: Child’s Primary Hospital and Child’s Primary Diagnosis. This information is for our statistical file only, and it is optional for you to complete.You will be given the opportunity during the order process to change the quantity if you would like to purchase more than one EMMA System.

The cost of the EMMA System is $134 plus shipping/handling and applicable sales tax within the state of Missouri.

 

Privacy

All personal/payment information you provide to place your order will be kept strictly confidential. Powers Plus Systems, LLC values your privacy and will not share or sell any private information.

Shipping and Handling

We ship individual orders via United States Postal Service Flat Rate. One EMMA System is shipped per box. If you would like to order multiple EMMA Systems, but you would like them shipped to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt. Depending on the location of the shipping address, orders may take three to seven days for delivery once the order has been shipped.

Currently orders are shipped only to United States addresses.

Taxes

By law, orders shipped to a Missouri address will be charged Missouri state sales tax. Orders to addresses within the 63640 zip code will be charged the full Farmington, Missouri sales tax (including Missouri sales tax). Taxes are charged on the full order price, including shipping and handling (as designated by Missouri law). Orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Missouri are not charged sales tax.

Tax-exempt organizations must provide a copy of the IRS Tax Exempt Letter/Certificate before the order can be processed. This document can be mailed or faxed to Powers Plus Systems, LLC. An Exemption Number alone is not valid documentation

Return/Refund Policy

Not every section of the EMMA System will fit all family situations right away. There may be a number of sections that will benefit you/your child at a later date. By purchasing the EMMA System, you are purchasing the right to view the DVD and use the forms and ideas provided within for your family’s needs only. Copyright laws prohibit copying the DVD and all original text within the EMMA System. The forms provided within the EMMA System were created with the intent that you will use them within your household for your child’s medical care. Purchasing the EMMA System gives you the right to make as many copies of the forms as necessary to monitor your child’s care.

After reviewing the EMMA System DVD and two binders, if you feel that you cannot use the information provided therein, you may return the EMMA System in its entirety within 30 days, and at your own expense, for a refund. You will need to request a RETURN/REFUND REQUEST FORM from Powers Plus Systems, LLC. This form will be e-mailed to you in PDF form. You will be required to print out and complete the form, and include it with the EMMA System, packaged in such a manner as to reasonably protect the product in transit in a flat rate shipping box or through UPS. On the RETURN/REFUND REQUEST FORM, you will certify that you have not kept any copies of any forms and that the DVD has not been damaged in any way.

When the full EMMA System has been received and the contents have been verified, along with the completed/signed form and a copy of the original invoice/packaging slip, a refund will be granted. The EMMA System must be complete, unaltered, and in original condition. Refunds will be issued through PayPal to the account or credit card used for the purchase. Original and return shipping and handling will not be refunded.

If any of these conditions are not met, then a full refund will not be possible. A partial refund may be possible, according to the condition of the returned materials.

Checkout Process

Your purchase will use the PayPal secure payment system. You do not have to complete the two optional fields (Child’s Primary Hospital and Child’s Primary Diagnosis) in order purchase the EMMA System, but you will be required to complete the purchase/ship-to information.
