Family Feedback

After you have used bits and pieces of the EMMA System, we would appreciate your feedback. Due to HIPAA rules, there is no way for us to know who is using the kit (if someone provided it to you). We will never know your child’s name unless you choose to provide it to us, and we won’t know if anything included in the kit helped in any way. If the EMMA System is helpful to you, please let us know. If you think of something that would help improve the EMMA System, we would be happy to hear your suggestions. We want the EMMA System to be as helpful as possible for families like yours.
